Nancyellen joined the firm in 2021. Her practice areas include general counsel for regulated businesses and local government focusing on: administrative law, federal, state and local regulatory compliance and enforcement; governance; commercial transactions and negotiation, intellectual property; procurement laws, including public-private partnerships; freedom of information, conflicts of interests. She also handles matters relating to zoning, land use and the Chesapeake Bay Protection Act, and conducts training for local elected and appointed officials on governance, regulatory and procedural issues.
