Morgan leads Dunton, Simmons and Dunton's Trusts and Estates practice, specializing in both planning and administration. He is widely regarded as one of the state's top estate planning attorneys largely because of his focus on listening to clients' needs rather than dictating lawyer driven solutions.

 

Probably the most naturally gifted lawyer in our firm, Morgan graduated first in his high school class, first in his college class and in the top ten percent of his law school class. He attended Clemson University and Washington & Lee Law School on academic scholarships.
