DAVID D. HUDGINS

David brings to our firm a wealth of experience as a civil litigator, having represented businesses and individuals in state and Federal courts throughout Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. for many years. He has represented clients in diverse areas of trial practice including professional liability, products liability, church liability, errors and omissions, private security, intellectual property, admiralty, financial agents and brokers, defamation, municipal liability, employment law, commercial liability, construction and personal injury matters.

 

David is rated AV Preeminent by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and he has been elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. David has been an active volunteer in church and community organizations and currently serves as Chair of the Virginia State Bar's Insurance Committee.

 

In his spare time David enjoys reading history, boating, fishing, hunting and golf.
