In addition to these practice areas, however, we continues to carry on the general practice of law.
The Firm offers counsel in virtually all the areas of law routinely sought by individuals, including domestic relations issues such as prenuptial agreements, divorce, and adoption, as well as residential real estate transactions, civil litigation in Virginia District and Circuit Courts, drafting wills, insurance disputes, contracting and construction disputes, and other areas of general practice. In addition, due to our location on the water, the Firm has developed a practice in the area of riparian law.
